Aditi Charanji is Founder and Principal of Athena One Advisory, a boutique defence consultancy helping organisations accelerate growth and resilience through strategic, operational and digital transformation. She spent 13 years at Amazon in senior commercial leadership roles, most recently as Head of UK Aerospace and Defence at AWS, where she partnered with government, primes and SMEs on cloud, data and AI strategy. Aditi is Vice-Chair of the ADS Group Digital and Cyber Resilience Committee, a Chartered Fellow of the CMI, and a regular speaker on defence industrial strategy and technology leadership.
