Angus Robinson is Executive Chairman of Headtorch, where he helps create healthy and high performing organisations through strengthening workplace culture, leadership and wellbeing. His career began as an apprentice in Glasgow’s shipyards and has developed over more than three decades across engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, medical technology, and learning and development. He has worked in multinational organisations, SMEs and start- ups, holding senior roles across engineering, business improvement, general management and company growth. Combining practical manufacturing experience with deep expertise in workplace culture, Angus works with organisations across the UK to help leaders build healthy working cultures where people thrive and organisations succeed.
