Jane Dennyson is the Founder and CEO of Thrive, a boutique advisory helping B2B companies and investors turn sustainability into a commercial advantage. She is known for her work on how sustainability and procurement are reshaping the competitiveness of manufacturers and supply chains, with expertise in double materiality, social value, and sustainability strategy. At Thrive, she works with leadership teams across engineering, renewables, food and drink, and private equity to build credible sustainability plans that win contracts, secure investment, and strengthen business resilience. Her early career in East Africa’s safari sector shaped her systems-based approach, seeing first-hand how commercial models can support biodiversity and livelihoods. She is also Co-Founder of Shift Cycling Culture, a global initiative accelerating sustainable change in the cycling industry. Jane holds senior advisory experience across multiple sectors and is a frequent speaker on how companies can move beyond compliance to use sustainability as a source of long-term competitive edge.
