Lynne McIntosh-Grieve brings extensive expertise leading large-scale programmes across the offshore wind and advanced manufacturing sectors. With a background spanning aerospace, defence and energy, Lynne has built her career on driving innovation, supply chain capability, and business transformation. A Chartered Engineer and award-winning leader – including Renewable UK’s Future Leader Award – Lynne is passionate about driving high-performance teams, supply chains and accelerating the UK’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
