Nassia Skoulikariti founded Apiro Data to bring together two things that are rarely found in the same place: genuine operational experience and the strategic and cultural depth that actually drives change. ​ She has spent thirty years working across technology and enterprise, in roles spanning commercial leadership, digital transformation, IoT, and AI adoption and has worked at fractional CXO level across multiple organisations simultaneously for the last several years. That means she has seen the same problems from enough different angles to know where the real causes usually are. ​ She is a keynote speaker and session chair at industry events including GCCM, MEF, and Tech Expo, Edge IoT forums. A contributing author for various publications and currently writing The Agentic Economy , a business book on what AI adoption means at the level of commercial infrastructure and organisational design. ​ Known for cutting through complexity, Nassia combines deep technical expertise with practical, human-centred leadership. Her work spans operational design, AI readiness, decision systems, GTM optimisation, and the intelligent use of emerging technologies to transform how organisations think, operate, and deliver. ​ At the core of her work is a mission to humanise technology. Nassia believes AI and IoT are not here to replace people but to amplify their capabilities, enabling better decisions, faster execution, and more meaningful work. She brings a unique blend of leadership coaching, transformation strategy, and real-world tech experience to help organisations move from aspiration to intelligent operation. She is based in London.
